FACTS Grant & Aid

To be considered for any type of Saint Mary financial assistance (including what used to be the parish subsidy) or diocesan tuition assistance, families must complete a FACTS Grant and Aid Application. Applications and all supporting documentation must be submitted online via FACTS between now and March 15th, 2024. Families who choose to not receive a parish scholarship or any other financial aid and agree to pay the full amount of tuition do not need to complete the FACTS Grant and Aid Application.

All families who apply after March 15, 2024 will have 30 days from the date of acceptance to submit their FACTS Grant and Aid application.

Steps to Complete FACTS Grant and Aid Application:

• Current Families

1. Log in to your FACTS family portal using this link. 
2. Click “Financial” on the left-hand side
3. Click “Apply for Grant and Aid”
4. If you have never completed the Grant and Aid application, please click, “Create an Account”. If you completed the Grant and Aid application before, please use your prior login credentials.
5. Login and select “2024-2025”
6. Click “Add School/Organization” 
7. Search “43130” and select “St Mary Elementary School”
8. Click “Add”
9. Click “Save and Continue”
10. Continue to follow through the prompts and submit your application.

Note: SMS will be paying the grant and aid application fee, so you should not be prompted to pay anything at this time.

1. Visit: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
2. Click “Create an Account”
3. Login and select “2024-2025”
4. Click “Add School/Organization” 
5. Search “43130” and select “St Mary Elementary School”
6. Click “Add”
7. Click “Save and Continue”
8. Continue to follow through the prompts and submit your application.

Note: SMS will be paying the grant and aid application fee, so you should not be prompted to pay anything at this time.
